If you're having trouble with sign-up, the first thing to do is to let us know via the bot. We can then track the progress for you and help with instructions.
For 99% of cases, we can resolve any sign up issues with the following steps. If these don't work, we're on hand to help as quickly as possible via email, zoom, or whatever else it takes to get you up and running.
1. Is it A Voucher Code Issue?
Most sign up questions and issues relate to voucher codes.
If you've purchased access through the Bookstore, or through an inclusive access provider, they will give you a voucher code that you use during the sign up process rather than paying with a card.
If they haven't give you a voucher code yet, just reach out to them and chase. We can't help with that unfortunately.
