Where can I find my quiz results?

You can access quiz and assignment results and feedback in your "Grades & Results" page.

Your quiz, exam and assignment results are on your Grades page. Open your Course Dashboard, then select View all grades & results. You see whatever results your instructor has released so far.

1. Open your grades

If your course is in Canvas or Blackboard:

  1. Open any Blended Teaching chapter in your LMS.

  2. Select the analytics icon in the toolbar at the top of the chapter to open your Course Dashboard.

  3. On the Grades & Results tile, select View all grades & results.

  4. Find the quiz or assignment and select View Results.

If you use the Blended Library directly:

  1. Open your course, then select Course Dashboard in the bar above the content. Inside a chapter, the chart icon in the reading toolbar does the same.

  2. On the Grades & Results tile, select View all grades & results.

Then find the quiz or assignment on Grades and select View Results.

2. Reading your results

Assessments are grouped into Exams, Quizzes and Assignments, in course order. Each card shows when you submitted and the score that counts, along with which attempt counts: highest, latest or average.

  • Results not yet available: you have submitted, but your instructor hasn't released results yet. Check back later.

  • Not attempted: there is no submission yet.

  • Late penalty: you submitted after the due date and a percentage was deducted. The original score is shown beneath.

  • Grade overridden: your instructor set the score by hand. The calculated score is shown beneath.

Select View All Attempts when you have taken an assessment more than once. If an assessment you expect isn't listed under any heading, your instructor may not have given it a category yet, so ask them.

If your course is in Canvas or Blackboard, your scores are also sent to your LMS gradebook. If the two ever differ, contact your instructor so they can check.

3. Grades held on free access

If you're on free access and haven't added your access code or paid yet, graded work you submit still counts, but its grade is held. On Grades it shows Held with a lock and the date you submitted, and the results page marks the attempt Graded · score held. To add your code or pay, select Redeem a code or buy, next to the submitted count under the course name on Grades or your Course Dashboard, or on the attempt's results page, and every held grade shows at once. 4. Results from practice quizzes

Practice quizzes and mock exams don't appear on Grades, because they never count toward your course grade. You find them on the Practice Assessments page: open your Course Dashboard and select View practice quiz details. There's more in Practice Quiz Questions.
