1.1. Start with Blended AI
Blended AI, our assistant, sits in one of the lower corners of the screen on the platform. It can answer most questions about using Blended Teaching.
Our team reads the messages you send to Blended AI, and we'll step in if you need a person.
1.2. If Blended AI can't help, email us
Email us at [email protected]. We aim to reply within 2 hours during business hours. Outside business hours, it can take up to 12 hours.
1.3. And if you're really stuck, let's get on Zoom
We're always happy to talk it through on Zoom. Book a time with us that suits you.

We can help with anything about the platform: how to do something, or a technical problem you've run into.
We aren't content experts, so we can't help you understand the course material itself. If you're a student with a question about the content, please ask your instructor.
If you think you've found an error in the content, please let us know. We'll check it with the author and get it updated.
