We Can Help With The Platform

We really care about providing high quality support, and are here to help you in any way we can. You can reach us in 3 different ways, Blended Bot, email and Zoom.
1.1. Start with Blended Bot
Our AI bot is located on the platform in one of the lower corners of the screen. It is well versed in almost anything you could need, and can even carry out some limited functions for you.
Any messages you send through the bot will be read by us, and we will respond quickly if you need human intervention.
1.2. If Blended Bot can't help, email us
You can reach us on [email protected]. This is monitored all day and over the weekends. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours. Outside of business hours, it can be as long as 12 hours.
1.3. And if you're really stuck, let's get on Zoom

Blended Teaching is a learning platform designed to help students learn more efficiently and effectively. If you have any questions relating to the platform, how to do things, or need help with any technical issues we are here to help.
We are not content experts. We can't provide any support for students in understanding the content. If you are a student and have content related questions, please ask your instructor.
However, if you believe you have found an error in the content, please let us know and we will confirm it with the author, and get it updated.
