If your store has access codes it doesn't need, you can return them for credit. You return codes in the ordering portal at https://www.blended-teaching.com/bookstore-order. We can't take returns by email, so the portal is the place to do it.
What you can return
Any code on your store's order, whether or not a student has used it, as long as:
it's within 90 days of the invoice date, and
you haven't returned that code before.
1. Find the order
Sign in to the ordering portal and open the Orders & codes tab. Find the order the codes came from and select Return codes.
If the order hasn't been invoiced yet, or the 90 days have passed, you'll see a message instead of the button.
2. Choose the codes
Tick the codes you're returning, or paste them in. Before you confirm, you'll see the credit you'll get.
3. Confirm
Select Return codes. We hold the codes straight away and the order shows them as pending our review.
What happens next
Our team reviews every return, usually within one business day, and we'll email you either way.
Approved. We email your credit memo to your store's invoice address, and the returned codes stop working. A student who used one of them loses access to the course.
Not approved. We email you the reason. The codes stay on your order and keep working.
How you're credited
We credit what you paid for each code, including any discount on the invoice. We give credit, not refunds.
Invoice not yet paid. We take the credit off the invoice, so you owe less.
Invoice paid. The credit stays on your account and comes off your next invoice.
Invoice part paid. The credit first reduces what's still owed. Anything left comes off your next invoice.
You'll see the new balance in the Invoices tab.
