Invoices and how to pay them

We email each invoice to your store's invoice address, and you can always find it in the Invoices tab. Pay by card, ACH or bank transfer within 30 days of the invoice date.

Every order is invoiced. Here's where to find your invoices, when they're due, and how to pay.

Where to see your invoices

Sign in to the ordering portal at https://www.blended-teaching.com/bookstore-order and open the Invoices tab. Everyone who is approved for your store sees the same invoices. If your account is still waiting for team approval, the tab says "Your store's invoices show here once our team approves your account."

At the top you see:

  • Balance due. What your store owes across all open invoices, and the next due date.

  • Overdue. How much is past its due date.

Below that is a list of your invoices. For each one you can see:

  • Invoice. The invoice number. Invoice numbers are specific to your school, for example ESU-01.

  • PO number. The PO number you entered on the order.

  • Date and Due. The invoice date and the date payment is due.

  • Amount. The invoice total.

  • Balance. What is still unpaid on that invoice. A paid invoice shows $0.00.

  • Status. Paid, Part paid, Unpaid, or Overdue (past its due date).

  • PDF. Select it to open the invoice.

When you're invoiced and when it's due

We issue the invoice when we release your codes. At that point it's emailed automatically to your store's invoice address (usually your accounts payable inbox), and it's always in the Invoices tab too. The "codes are ready" email goes to the buyer, and tells them the invoice number. The invoice email to your accounts team has the PDF attached, titled "Invoice [number] from Blended Teaching".

To change where invoices are emailed, ask Fin.

Our terms are Net 30: payment is due 30 days after the invoice date. An invoice dated September 30 is due October 30.

How to pay

Open the invoice PDF from the Invoices tab. Your invoice has a View and pay button for card or bank payment, or pay by bank transfer using the details on the invoice.

If you pay by bank transfer, please put the invoice number in the transfer reference. It helps us match your payment.

Your PO number on the invoice

The PO number you enter when you place an order appears on that order's invoice, so your accounts payable team can match the invoice to your PO. If the PO number on an invoice is wrong, ask Fin, with the invoice number, and we'll look at it.

After you pay

Once we've matched your payment, the invoice shows as Paid and its balance goes to $0.00. It can take a few days for a payment to be matched. If you've paid and the invoice still shows Unpaid after that, ask Fin. Please give us the invoice number, the date you paid and how you paid.

Paying on time keeps ordering open

Ordering stays open while none of your invoices is more than 30 days past its due date. If one is, ordering pauses for your store until it's paid. See Why is ordering paused?.

Questions

Ask Fin, the chat in the bottom-right corner of the portal. It works before you sign in too. Fin answers first, and a person from our team can take over. You can also email [email protected].
