1. Accessing Blended Teaching Materials

Your instructor will share a link to your course textbook library. It will look something like this: https://library.blended-teaching.com/classbook/nameofthecourse

You may receive this via your university email, course portal, or syllabus. Click the link to open your textbook library page, where you can browse the available course content.

If you haven't received a link, contact your instructor.

2. First-Time Users: Creating an Account

If you are accessing Blended Teaching for the first time, you will need to create an account before you can enroll. To do this:

  1. Open your Textbook Library Link provided by your instructor.

  2. Click on any Video Content within the textbook.

  3. Select the red Get Access button.

  4. Follow the prompts to Create Your Account.

  5. Enter your Details (first name, last name, and role).

  6. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions before proceeding.

  7. Click Continue.

Important: You must use your university email address when creating your account. Once your account is created, the next step is to enroll in your course textbook.

3. Enrolling in Your Course Textbook

If you are continuing directly from the steps above, or if you already have an account and need to complete enrollment to get access to textbook materials, follow these steps:

  1. Select the red Get Access button.

  2. Confirm that the email address shown is correct.

  3. Complete Your Order (the cost will be £0.00).

  4. Once the purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email and be redirected to a confirmation page. Please note the access end date shown on this page.

  5. Click Continue.

  6. Tick the checkbox to confirm: I consent to my progress data being shared.

  7. Click Enroll in this Textbook to complete the process.

  8. You will be redirected to the textbook, where a red Start Module button will now be available.

Once completed, you will have full access to all materials in your textbook.

Note: If you already have a Blended Teaching account, you do not need to create a new one for every textbook. This applies whether you previously signed up but did not complete enrolment, or you are accessing a new textbook from a different course. Simply log in with your existing account and follow Section 3 to complete enrolment for your new textbook.

4. Returning Users: Logging In

If you have already created an account and completed the enrollment, you do not need to go through the signup process again. Simply:

  1. Open your textbook library link.

  2. Log in with the email address and password you used when creating your account.

You will be taken directly to your course materials. If you have access to multiple textbooks, you will be directed to a homepage where you can select the textbook you want to use.

5. What You Get

With your purchase, you will get access to the materials designed and selected by your instructor for up to 180 days. This can include videos, textbook chapters, assignments, practice quizzes, quizzes, exams, and more.

You can access your materials at any time by returning to the library link your instructor shared with you.

Note: Your access end date is displayed on your purchase confirmation page under Access Until. Please take note of this date to ensure uninterrupted access to your course materials.
