Each assessment has a Details page where you can set the Quiz Information (including name, type of quiz, number of points, etc.) and the Availability (start date, due date, end date). This short guide walks you through those settings, in the following steps:

1. Quiz Information
1.1. Accessing Quiz Information Settings
To access the Quiz Information settings:
Go to the Quizzes tab in your Control Center

Quiz Information settings are in the box at the top of the page
1.2. Title
This is the name that students will see when they take the assessment. It will also be the name that appears in the Quizzes tab for you when you are searching through assessments.
1.3. Quiz Type
There are 3 types of Quiz in Blended Teaching, which each provide a different experience for you and the students.
Graded. This option is used for graded quizzes or exams. The results of a graded assessment are displayed in the Blended Teaching Gradebook, as well as detailed feedback provided for each attempt (as per your Results Display settings).
Practice. This option is used for practice quizzes or mock exams. The experience is just like a graded assessment except that the results are not displayed in the Blended Teaching Gradebook. Detailed feedback is provided for each attempt (as per your Results Display settings).
Assignment. This option is currently only used by Blended Teaching instructional designers for pre-built assignments that you can use in your class.
1.4. Points
The number of points attributable to the assessment. If you are using Auto Grade Syncing, this governs the number of points recorded in your LMS.
2. Availability
2.1. Accessing Availability Settings
The Availability settings are found in the same place, on a specific quiz home page.
To access the Availability settings:

This is last date that a student can submit an attempt without being considered late.
2.5. End Date
This is the date until which the assessment is available for students to attempt. Most often, this date is set to be in line with the Due Date.
If you want to allow students to attempt and submit their assessment after the Due Date, set the End Date after the Due Date.
You may want to do this if you want to provide an extension to students, or if you want to allow late submissions in return for a penalty.
After the End Date, students see this:
