Accessing the Blended Teaching Control Center
To access the BT Control Center, log in at https://educators.blended-teaching.com/.
Once logged in, select the appropriate textbook from the list. This will open the textbook dashboard, where you’ll see the Control Center options as shown in the video.
You can also access the BT Control Center directly from Canvas via the BT Control Center link under Educator Resources, as highlighted in the image below.
1. Accessing Results Display Settings
To access the settings:
Go to the Quizzes tab in the Control Center.
Select the relevant assessment from the list.
Click on the three dots on the right-hand side and select Settings.
Scroll down to the Results Display section.
The appropriate combination of settings will depend on what you want to achieve. Below are the most common setups.
2. Adjusting the Settings
2.1. Show Nothing
If you want students to receive no feedback at all:
Make sure Show grades to students is unselected.
Any boxes below will be greyed out and not in effect.
This is what a student will experience when they complete their assignment:
2.2. Show Grade
If you want students to see only their grade (e.g., 82%):
Select Show grades to students.
Make sure Show questions and student responses is unselected.
Other boxes will be greyed out and not in effect.
This is what a student will experience when they complete their assignment.
2.3. Show Grade, Questions, Answers
If you want students to see their grade and the questions and their answers:
Select Show grades to students.
Select Show questions and student responses.
Make sure Show answer feedback to students and Indicate if response is correct or incorrect are unchecked.
Other boxes will be greyed out and not in effect.

2.4. Show Grade, Questions, Answers, Feedback
If you want students to see their grade, their answers, and see the Student Support Video (if available):
Select Show grades to students.
Select Show questions and student responses.
Select Show answer feedback to students.
Make sure Indicate if response is correct or incorrect is unchecked.
Choose when this information is shown:
For all attempts
Only after their last attempt
Only once after their last attempt
This is what a student will experience when they complete their assignment.
2.5. Show Grade, Questions, Answers, Feedback, Correct / Incorrect, Correct Answers
If you want students to see their grade, their answers, the student support video, whether those answers were correct or incorrect, and the correct answers:
Select Show grades to students.
Select Show questions and student responses.
Select Show answer feedback to students.
Select Indicate if response is correct or incorrect.
Select Show correct answer.
Choose when this information is shown:
For all attempts
Only after their last attempt
Only once after their last attempt
Choose whether to:
Show Correct Answer
Show only after last attempt
This is what students will experience when permitted to see correct answers.
2.6. Restrict To Specific Dates
If you want to limit feedback to certain dates:
Select Show grades to students.
Set your dates using one of these options:
2.6.1. Use Quiz End Date
Click Use quiz end date to automatically populate the date field with the quiz's end date. The field will display Tracking end date, meaning the show grades date will stay in sync with any changes you make to the quiz end date.
Adjust any other settings as needed.
Click Save.
2.6.2. Manually Enter a Date
Manually enter a specific date if you don't want to use the quiz end date.
Adjust any other settings as needed.
Note: If you leave the Hide results on field blank, results will remain visible indefinitely.
Between the selected dates, students will see the feedback you’ve chosen. Outside of those dates, they will see nothing.
2.7. Show Grade, but Hide Feedback, Correct / Incorrect and Correct Answers Until After The Due Date
If you want to control when students can see whether their answers are correct / incorrect (and optionally the correct answers):
Set it up as usual.
Add in the Due Date into the date field below Show questions and student responses.
Prior to the Due Date, students will see their grade.
After the Due Date, students will see the Student Support Video, correct / incorrect and the correct answers for each question.
