Here to Help

One of the most common features educators have told us they appreciate when using Blended Teaching is that we care a lot, and we work quickly to help. We love hearing from our educators, so don't hesitate to reach out if you have an issue or question.

You can reach us in 3 different ways: Bot, Email and Zoom. We recommend to start with Blended Bot for instant, accurate support on almost anything platform related.

1. Start with Blended Bot

Our AI bot is located on the platform in one of the lower corners of the screen. It is well versed in almost anything you could need, and can even carry out some limited functions for you.

Any messages you send through the bot will be read by us, and we will respond quickly if you need human intervention.

2. If Blended Bot can't help, email us

You can reach us on [email protected]. This is monitored all day and over the weekends. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours. Outside of business hours, it can be as long as 12 hours.

3. And if you're really stuck, let's get on a Zoom

We are always happy to jump on a zoom, and can do so within a few moments notice. Use this link (https://shorturl.at/JJr9u) to find a time convenient for you to speak with us.

This is helpful if you need help setting up a course, or need help unpicking a complicated problem.
